Service

We want you comfortable. If your system isn’t running at its peak, give us a call and we’ll promptly dispatch a trained service technician to diagnose and fix the problem. Our standard service call includes travel and labor to diagnose your system. Once a skilled technician has checked your system they’ll review their findings with you and any repairs they recommend. Our goal is to get your system running optimally as quickly as possible.

Contract Terms & Conditions

This agreement does not become effective until PAID IN FULL. Coverage is for one year from date below unless otherwise noted. Alpine Air reserves the right to change the contract terms at any time. Alpine Air is not responsible for system design or system’s performance in maintaining desired temperatures, temperature variations in space, or balancing.

Exclusions to contract: Service calls occurring as a result of not understanding the equipment and incorrect thermostat settings, misuse, abuse, vandalism, fire, neglect of equipment, or acts of god such as floods or other abnormal conditions are excluded from coverage under this contract. Parts and labor for such repairs will be billable to the customer. Components exterior to covered equipment including, but not limited to, plumbing, flue pipes, chimneys, electrical service, unit cabinet, digital and programmable thermostats, and parts found defective (but not replaced) and documented by ALPINE AIR at the time of the initial maintenance procedure are also excluded from coverage under this contract. Replacement air conditioning and or heating units, compressors, heat exchangers, and cooling or heat pump coils do not qualify for 10% parts discount and are not covered under this contract. Refrigeration testing and repairs are not covered. Customer will receive 10% off refrigeration related issues. Plans will not be offered on equipment our technician deems obsolete, improperly installed or maintained or in extreme working conditions.

Items such as non-standard filters, UV lights, etc. will be an additional cost. All services will be performed during regular business hours of 8:00am-4:30pm M-F. Hot water heater and humidification system are add-on options only. Multi-system discount only applies if Alpine Air is able to do the maintenances in the same visit.
