Maintenance

ALMOST

75%

of your home’s energy usage is from your heating and cooling system

Maintaining your system ensures it’s running at its maximum efficiency which can save you money later. By having a knowledgeable technician perform a preventative maintenance, you can improve your system’s performance, identify potential issues, and most importantly, make sure your system is operating safely.

You wouldn’t drive a car and never change the oil. Your heating and cooling system impact the cost of your home’s utility bills more than any other component of your house.

Maintenance Procedure

  • Base Procedure

All system maintenance includes an inspection of all electrical components, moving parts, signs of corrosion and mold, and overall health of the system. We have two main goals of maintenance. The first is to clean and lubricate the system so it continues to run safely and efficiently. The second is to identify and correct any issues that may cause a safety hazard, future downtime or further damage to the system, and to avoid more costly repairs down the road.
